Donald Trump Jr., the son of President Donald Trump, used a zoo as a reference to argue in favor of a wall along the country’s southern border, the same night his father spoke about the issue during an Oval Office address.
The president’s son made the argument in an Instagram story.
“You know why you can enjoy a day at the zoo?” Trump Jr. wrote on Tuesday night. “Because walls work.”

A border wall is at the center of the current government shutdown, with the president asking for money to fund it, and Democrats, as they said in a rebuttal to his Tuesday night prime-time address, arguing that it would be ineffective.
However, Trump Jr. is not alone in believing that a wall would “work.” Even his father brought up how politicians have walls around their homes during his address.
Others online made similar arguments, saying how if you didn’t want a border wall, you shouldn’t get to live in a house. Or some similar nonsense.
The Vietnam Memorial Wall is also a wall. So is the Wailing Wall. So is the Green Monster. If you are against all walls regardless of purpose or function, you are against houses, churches & hospitals. https://t.co/ift9ENiBww

We already have 650 miles of wall on the southern border. But it is not enough. Pres. Clinton built wall, Pres. Bush built wall, and even Pres. Obama built wall. Walls work.

You have to ask yourself. WHY are Democrats so desperate NOT to have a wall? We KNOW walls work. Look at Israel. Illegal border crossing have basically stopped. Democrats "say" they want border security but they don't. They want #BorderAnarchy.

This isn’t the first time the president’s son has made interesting analogies about immigration. Just ahead of the 2016 presidential election he compared Syrian refugees to a bowl of Skittles, some of which were poisoned.
