Being a working mom is tough, so laughter is always appreciated
First things first: ALL moms have it hard. Staying at home is hard. Working at home is hard. Working out of the home is hard. That said, there’s a particular set of challenges and situations that arise with each method of mommin’ and it takes being there to understand why it’s so funny/depressing. For working moms, the struggle is extremely real and the hurdles frighteningly familiar for anyone who’s been there, regardless of the kind of job they do. But in the end, we’re all just trying our best and looking to laugh instead of cry, which is why these tweets are a welcome relief to the usual grinding work day.

Seriously, it can’t be emphasized enough how much a sick kid can mess up your working life. Important meeting? Time for the plague.
Something important is happening this week.

Basically, we’re all just trying to get through the long days — and nights.
If you wait long enough to make dinner, everyone will just eat cereal.
