Nissan altima reliability - consumer reports
Because I commute to work by driving and I have traveled out of state with it, I have 62, miles on my car. Would like some more road feedback, but it's easy to drive. Cornering is very precise. Took the car back to the dealership and had a complete battery service on the car for free because they told me my battery was fine and good at the time of service but in fact was not. At first, I thought it may be the tires, but the Continentals that are standard equipment, are supposed to be an absorbent tire.
On rougher surfaces such as poured concrete and older ro, you really feel each bump.
Then they had to replace the battery because it was dead. I like that I don't yet see hundreds more on the ro yet. Have milked it along but can only drive in town.
I would appreciate to hear your experience. So I pulled over in DE at a rest stop, turned the car off for about 5 minutes inssan then restarted.
We were on the Nssan bridge if anyone knows that bridge you would know that's not a nizsan for this to happen. It eliminates or reduces the possibility of rear-ending the car in front by accident. When I call them about it around April they stated that there was not a known issue with their transmissions when I called customer service. Well we were able to "jump" the battery and get the car started.
And this battery was only 2 years old. I like the Pro Pilot Assist feature, especially in stop and go traffic on the highway.
The car didn't reoiable want to accelerate up that bridge and there was only 2 lanes because there is currently construction on the bridge. I have taken my car, routinely, for oil changes and maintenance and keep all receipts. But "jump started" that car and at least made it back to Baltimore safely and had to exchange that rental car for another one yesterday.
By the way, this is my fourth Altima. So since it's Sunday and the car got there later Friday after they didn't have time to really check for the problem and I am expected to have the true diagnosis of the car tomorrow on Monday, I will follow-up later.

Maybe with enough consumer feedback, they will. Is this car right for you? So, I get back on 95 NB and proceed. What I don't like is that the ride is very stiff. If anyone else has an transmission issues with a Altima please share!
Those are great features, relibale when feeling fatigued. So my car has been great to my knowledge until the last week or so. Hopefully my life will calm down once Nissan fixes this issue.
How reliable is the nissan altima?
So as I am attempting to move the car over to the shoulder the car starts to accelerate again, so we are like, "Okay, let's get to NYC and we will figure it out there what to do. So we get to the Woodrow Wilson Service Stop which I usually do and go in, come back out, and try to drive the car over to the service area to get Octane Buster for the gas to see if that resolves the issue.
The predicted customer satisfaction for the Nissan Altima is also a mere three out of five. Relisble drivers frequently decided to purchase a Honda Accord or Hyundai Sonata.
It's definetly a step up from the I was driving. Many drivers felt that when they compared nkssan the Altima provided to what similar cars in the same average price bracket offered drivers, that the Altima came up short. Steering is a little bit on the light side. The suspension fails to absorb many road bumps that drivers encounter on their daily commute.
I wish though that Nissan would find a way to soften and smoothen the ride. Compounding nissn issue is that the seats are stiff, which can cause back pain on longer road trips. So we make it over the bridge and get to the NJ turnpike.
Many drivers are quick to stat that the sheer of semi-automatic features found in the Nissan Altima is what sold them on the vehicle. Nissan altima - consumer reports
Altimma who have already purchased a Nissan Altima frequently comment on how easy the car is to drive, which makes commuting a genuine pleasure. Then it got worse!
Engine noise is minimal, even when accelerating hard. It's quick, has a lot of technology, very nice styling, and is mostly comfortable. It also helps keep the car centered in it's lane. I am a single mother of 3 and am supposed to have a reliable car!
